Founders
Elite Sports Gaming was founded by Raymond Milian and LeMont Joyner, two individuals whose backgrounds originated in competitive Madden gaming and digital gaming culture.
Raymond Milian
Raymond Milian developed a reputation as one of the elite Madden players of his era and was widely recognized within the competitive Madden community as the world's top Madden NFL 10 player.
That recognition occurred before the modern Madden Championship Series (“MCS”) became the principal structure through which EA Sports formally organized and documented Madden competitive championships.
During that period, competitive Madden rankings were established through high-level tournaments organized within the competitive Madden community. Raymond's competitive record includes defeating Eric “Problem” Wright in the premier Madden NFL 10 Crew vs. Crew championship, cementing his status as the #1 Madden player in the world for the Madden NFL 10 video game.
Raymond Milian’s success in competitive Madden extended well beyond the pre-MCS era in which he established himself as one of the world’s top players. During the 2010s, Raymond continued competing at the highest levels of organized Madden esports, including Madden NFL 18 and Madden NFL 19, when the Madden Championship Series had become the premier competitive Madden circuit.
Raymond traveled to and competed at live MCS events, where he faced some of the most accomplished and recognizable players in competitive Madden. His competition and victories included defeating players such as Joke and Dubby, and Raymond was able to defeat other established stars on the live-event stage.
These results are particularly significant because the MCS represented a highly competitive environment in which players had to qualify and then perform against the strongest Madden competitors in the country. Raymond was not merely participating in the events as an entrant; he was winning games against prominent MCS players at live competitions.
Taken together, Raymond’s competitive record spans multiple generations of Madden esports—from the tournament and Crew vs. Crew era of the 2000s and through the formalized Madden Championship Series era of the late 2010s. This history gives him firsthand experience not only with competitive Madden gameplay, but also with the evolution of Madden from a community-driven competitive scene into a major organized esports property.
LeMont Joyner, Esq.
LeMont Joyner is a co-founder of Elite Sports Gaming and has a long history in gaming and digital media.
LeMont developed his professional reputation as a competitive Madden player well before the emergence of the modern Madden Championship Series. During the 2000s, LeMont competed in multiple organized Madden tournaments and live competitive events, including the Madden Challenge, competing against many of the highest-level players in the Madden community at the time.
His competition included established top-ranked players such as Evil-O, whom LeMont faced and defeated in competitive play. These results established LeMont as a serious competitor within the early Madden esports scene rather than simply a participant in the broader Madden gaming community.
LeMont’s competitive career continued as Madden esports evolved into the more formalized Madden Championship Series. During the Madden NFL 18 competitive season, he participated in live MCS events, competing against elite Madden players on the live-event stage.
LeMont’s competitive history therefore spans the development of Madden esports across multiple eras—from the Madden Challenge and tournament scene of the 2000s, through competition against highly ranked players, and ultimately into the MCS era, where he continued competing at live events for Madden NFL 18. This experience gave LeMont firsthand knowledge of competitive Madden, live esports events, tournament culture, elite players, and the evolution of the Madden competitive ecosystem over more than a decade.
Prior to co-founding ESG, LeMont built a substantial gaming audience through his YouTube channel and digital content. His channel accumulated more than 150 million lifetime views over the course of its existence.
LeMont ultimately shifted his professional focus from producing regular YouTube content to building Elite Sports Gaming. The reduction in content production therefore reflects a change in professional priorities and the decision to devote his time and resources to developing ESG.
LeMont's prior digital-media audience and experience remain an important component of ESG's understanding of gaming communities, content creators, audience development, and influencer-driven customer acquisition.
